Our Broker Opinion of Value (a “BOV”) targets a commercial property’s current market value based upon a careful assessment of the market and property conditions that affect the value of the property. In preparing our BOV’s, a licensed real estate broker or agent from our network of the nation’s top professionals will evaluate your property, collecting pertinent information and assessing local market conditions. After a review of this information, together with an intensive analysis of recent comparables, we will provide you with a BOV — i.e., our “best assessment” based on our data, analysis and experience as to the value that the market will place on the property.
